Jaylen Brown says some of the most talented players aren't currently playing in the NBA:

"It may sound crazy, but it's true. Times have changed - the '90s and the early millennium? The best players in the world were in the league. But now? In the 2020s? It's a very different story. I don't think all the best players are in the NBA, and of course, basketball is about more than talent and skill, and now the league is more about potential, and needing feature players and assets."
