Denver Golden Nuggets head coach David Adelman said in an interview that when he watched the preseason video, he thought it was hilarious that Jokic and Valanciunas were on the court at the same time.

David Adelman said, "I think it's funny to look at the Twin Towers from the video. We haven't practiced it for a long time, they've talked about it, but they haven't really practiced it, it's like taking the band-aid off to see what the wound looks like."

"If they end up having to be on the field together a lot, we'll gradually increase the amount of time they spend together. It's not just about getting the two of them comfortable, it's also about getting the other three on the field comfortable."
