Jimmy Butler admits the noise and chaos in Miami last season was worth it in the end, and is glad to finally be on a team that doesn't have a hidden agenda:

"All that noise, all that chaos paid off in the end. I'm very lucky to be part of this wonderful organization. Every relationship starts out great, but someone has to play the villain - and it's always me. I'm always the one who suddenly does the unthinkable ...... but that's okay. I still get to play in a great league with great teammates. And here they have only one goal: to keep the championship flag flying at the top of the stadium. There is no hidden agenda here."
