Crazy suggestion: Lakers might as well trade LeBron for Giannis

Recently, the American media FanSided put forward a crazy trade program, suggesting that the Lakers use LeBron James with the Bucks to trade Giannis.

The trade program is: Bucks get LeBron James, Austin Reaves & two non-protected first-round labels; Lakers get Giannis, Kyle Kuzma.

FanSided writes, "Let's start with the Bucks... LeBron is clearly not staying in Milwaukee, and the two sides can work out a nominal $1 buyout, after which LeBron is free to sign with the Cavaliers, Knicks, Rockets or Warriors, whichever way he wants to go... LeBron is clearly unhappy that the Lakers have banished him this summer, and it shows in every way! LeBron is clearly upset with the Lakers for banishing him completely this summer, and it shows in every way. With this deal, he can end his career wherever he wants, the Lakers can prepare for the future, and his legacy in Los Angeles can be preserved."

"The Bucks will still get Reaves. what if they want to rebuild? Letting Reaves go immediately frees up payroll. With the flexibility, they can start over. If they like Reaves and want to build a team with him, good luck to them. They also gave away Kuzma, which was a huge win, and the two first-round picks were basically all the chips the Lakers could pass up."

"For the Lakers to allow LeBron to end his career the way he wants to and to secure a new team duo of Giannis and Luka, no price is too high to pay. Letting go of Reaves would obviously be the hardest part, but Reaves' asking price this summer would be so high that they can't afford to spend that kind of money on a player who won't be able to fully utilize Doncic's game."
