Fox Sports reports that the fan who decided to sue LeBron James is Andrew Garcia, who is a James fan himself, and chose to buy tickets at a high price because he didn't want to miss LeBron's "last game".

Garcia said, "My main reason for suing him is a matter of principle, and to be honest, money is not a big factor. When I saw the Decision 2 preview video, I immediately remembered that Kobe had confirmed that he was retiring, so I felt like it was an opportunity I couldn't pass up."

"It's going to be his last game against his old team, the Cavaliers, so I think it's going to be a great game to watch."

"He should know that the fans will be buying tickets with their hard-earned money and think it's a very meaningful way to say goodbye. He should have known this was going to happen. I'm only suing him for the money I spent on the tickets, $865, no more emotional distress."
