Recently, on Lakers follow reporter Jovan Buha's tube show, a fan asked if there was an element of pressure on the team for LeBron James to be out with this injury, and Jovan Buha said he didn't think there was.

Jovan Buha said, "No, I don't think so. I recognize that there's always a degree of drama in any news involving LeBron. For me as a LeBron fan before I started covering the NBA, I want to put things in perspective, I'm not trying to diminish him or anything, but there's always been a catchy part of LeBron's career."

"But one thing that needs to be emphasized is that he loves basketball, he loves to play and is eager to be ready to play at any time. That's a big part of his own pride. We can talk about his ballhandling, his passing, his continuity, etc., but the fact that he's played really long minutes and has never had a major injury, I think that's the craziest thing about his career."

"I think he's a guy that's going to take pride in being able to play, and I don't think he's going to purposely not play to send a message like, 'You guys didn't give me a new contract, so I'm going to miss some games.' I don't think he's like that."
