Recently, Doncic said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal that he would like to return to Real Madrid men's basketball to end his career.

Talking about the old boss, Doncic said, "want to play in Real Madrid, must be very good to do. I'm certainly willing to return to Real Madrid to retire, is that they cultivate me."

Doncic traveled to Madrid when he was just 13 years old and soared through the Real Madrid ladder, making his Real Madrid adult team debut in 2015 at just 16 years old. Since then, he has helped the team win the EuroBasket championship and became the youngest EuroBasket season MVP in 2018.
