Recently, Brandon Jennings revealed on a show that the Bucks had considered trading for Curry from the Warriors back in the day.

Jennings stated: "If that trade had gone through back then, the Bucks' backcourt would have been me and Curry. Of course, I'm talking about a long time ago."

"The team was prepared to offer Bogut and another player in the deal. They didn't plan to trade me. We had Bogut, and the Warriors needed a big man. But ultimately, we traded for Monta."

"So the reason the Bucks didn't get Curry was his ankle injury at the time. That was the only reason he didn't end up with Milwaukee."
