According to ESPN, multiple league executives believe Ja Morant's current trade value may be comparable to Kyrie Irving's during his time with the Nets.

"One team executive pointed out to ESPN that the 2023 trade involving Irving from the Nets to the Mavericks serves as a reference point: the Nets received Spencer Dinwiddie, Finney-Smith, an unprotected 2029 first-round pick, and two second-round picks."

Morant is averaging 20 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game this season.
