In today's NBA regular season opener, the Denver Golden Nuggets took a 9-point lead over the Warriors in the first half, 70-61, thanks to Aaron Gordon's big game.

In the first half, Aaron Gordon showed off his three-point accuracy in front of Stephen Curry, hitting all seven of his attempts and missing his only two-point attempt for 25 points, while Jokic and Jamal Murray combined for 26 points.

For the Warriors, Curry was 1-of-5 from three-point range for seven points, Jimmy Butler was 5-of-8 for 13 points and Kuminga was 4-of-6 for nine points.
