Pippen was interviewed about Curry and said that if Curry was put into the NBA league in the 90's, Curry could not have been as successful as he was in reality.

Pippen said, "If it's still playing by the current rules, it's different. But Curry wouldn't be the player he is now with the rules of the '90s. If we also play in the current rule environment, it's so free: no one pulls you, no one stops you. I don't know if that Bulls team would have won or the peak Warriors would have won."

"We wouldn't have been able to make 25 to 50 3-pointers a game back then. On that level, the Warriors probably would have won because they had the two best shooters - Curry and Klay. But we can play tougher and play tighter defense. We can hold our opponents to 75 to 80 points a game. Put in today's league, that's impossible."
