Subsequently, these two finalists did not shake hands when the best lineup was officially announced at the European Championships.

The Turkish men's basketball official also posted a history-laden dynamic after the win over Greece, sparking an outcry from Greek fans. Alphabet said on air that the Turkish flag could not be in his broadcast, leading to further escalation and his wife saying she had received a threatening message.
